Delivery will be made using PosLaju Malaysia. Tracking number will provided. PosLaju will update your tracking number online within 24 hours.

Cash on Delivery:
COD are only available in Johor Bahru area and Singapore, upon both sides agreement.

1. Applicable within 3 days upon receival of parcel to customer.
2. Receipt should be presented, along with proof and tags attached. Items that have been altered cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. I shall guide customers with their next step in resolving their problems.
4. The "3 DAYS" Return Policy ONLY applies to below situation:
- Defected item
- Wrong postage of item/quantity/colour/size/design/pattern/etc
- Missing item in parcel
5. I will not entertain complaints if items are not sent within a week upon dispute date.
