So apparently, I almost lost my money to a seller that tried to con me.
I already paid for the item online and then the seller said she has posted the item. Few days later I asked for tracking number. She said there was no tracking number. So I got furious and said how can there not be a tracking number when it's an international shipment right??
And guess what?
The next day, she provided me with a tracking number!
And weeks went by, there were no update on courier tracking system online. Called courier company and they said the item for given tracking number, was never submitted to posting counter! WTH?!
So if I wasn't that smart, I would have just fought with the seller and consider it a lost cause. But NO! I want my money back! So I reported the seller to this online shopping platform and requested for refund and action taken towards this seller.
And today I got email saying the refund was a success and completed. Now I just have to wait for the bank to transfer my money into my account.
Hopefully no more issues rises from here on.
So you online buyers out there, need to be extra careful and go extra mile of claiming what it rightfully your right!
